Rep. Neil Abercrombie (D-Hawaii) wrote an op-ed detailing The National Conservation, Environment and Energy Independence Act - a bipartisan piece of legislation that has 130 supporters in the House. But Sierra Club Executive Director Carl Pope believes “Republicans in the House are beginning to indicate they will refuse to support the bill.”
